Resources Overview

The Resources Directory was created to assist Ohio’s homeowners and tenants to locate resources to maintain Ohio’s older housing stock, save energy, and control lead-based paint hazards.

Most of the resources in the Directory are targeted to households with low-to-moderate incomes. Some programs post detailed information about program qualifications on their websites. To get the most accurate information about programs in the Directory, contact the program administrator.
